Co-CEO & Founder

 

Grant has more than 25 years of global transaction expertise as a partner at top tier law firms. He has worked in London, Hong Kong and Sydney across many sectors including agriculture, health, infrastructure and private equity.

Having established the Australian offices of the UK law firm Allen & Overy, Grant's most recent roles were Managing Partner & Senior Partner for Allen & Overy in Australia.

He is recognised by his peers to be one of Australia’s leading legal practitioners and business leaders, having been voted as one of Sydney's 100 most influential leaders.  Grant serves on the Advisory Board of The Big Issue and has been a member of the NSW Business Advisory Council  and the Advisory Board of the Australia Business and Community Network.

CRAIG SHAPIRO
Co-CEO & Founder

 

Craig is a financial services expert and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience, 22 of which were at the investment bank Macquarie Group. He was the Global Group Treasurer & Executive Director at Macquarie prior to retiring from banking in 2012.

After leaving the banking industry Craig consulted to the corporate and government sector and has been actively involved in the not-for-profit sector.

He has had a number of board and committee roles including Microequities Asset Management Ltd and The Sydney Institute. He currently sits on the board of Riverina Fresh and is Chair of The Jewish Care Foundation.
